About
Essences within the Spectrums of Masculinities is a speculative documentary e-publication which discusses topics and articulate opinions about masculinity for young adults in their 20s living in Singapore.
Through providing a large variety of views and perspectives about what masculinity is, we hope readers will be able to gather these information for themselves to form their own opinions on what it should be or what it could be.
The Author
Chan Jian Hong is a graduate of Lasalle's Fashion Media Industries degree course, with this project as his final year project. Chan started this project with the motive of understanding the current social mindsets of young adults in Singapore and investigate if the current generation are more self-aware of abstract concepts that affect them like social constructs and morality.
